Halloween Open Mic – Nov. 1, 2025

Melange will host an Open Mic for Halloween! We will read spooky poems and stories. You could hear Edgar Allan Poe’s “The Raven,” excerpts from Jane Austen’s Northanger Abbey, the climax of Washington Irving’s “Ichabod Crane,” and more. You may also read your original creative writing. Feel free to come in costume! Perfect end to an Art Museum day, or start of a Trick-or-Treating escapade! 

Trip to the Frick Collection in NYC – Oct. 10, 2025

Looking for a creative writing community? You’re invited to join ours! We’ll play writing games, share our musings, test out different styles, and learn about publishing opportunities. No expertise needed – just an eagerness to share thoughts, feelings, and stories!
